Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs revealed he advised young children to “have God in your life” in a video which has resurfaced following his sex trafficking arrest.
The 55-year-old rapper was arrested in a hotel in New York in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs has vehemently denied all allegations against him and pleaded not guilty in court.
As Diddy awaits trial, a video has resurfaced of his appearance on The Rosie O’Donnell Show. During the episode, which first aired in 1997, the Bad Boy records founder was joined by rapper Mase.

In the episode, Rosie asked Diddy about his success. He responded: “We feel blessed, we thank God for everything. We constantly pray and know that he’s responsible for everything that has been blessed and granted to us.”
He added: “That’s what we try to tell young kids, that it’s important to have God in your life.” The clip has resurfaced as Diddy’s sex trafficking case has received a new update.
Federal Judge Arun Subramanian has denied a request made by Combs’ attorneys for a gag order to be implemented in the case. The rapper’s legal team had attempted to silence potential witnesses by requesting the gag order. The order would have prevented potential witnesses and their attorneys from speaking publicly about the allegations against Diddy.
Judge Subramanian wrote in the order, which has been obtained by The Mirror US: “Not all alleged victims will be participants in this case, and a blanket restriction on their speech will silence individuals who may never have anything to do with the proceedings here. And in any event, less restrictive alternatives must be considered and rejected before imposing a restraint on speech.”
The order continued: “The sheer reach of Combss requested order would also necessarily impact the numerous ongoing civil cases involving Combs.” The gag order request was also described as “incredible broad.”
The order concluded: “As to the mounting civil cases against Combs, there are further steps that he can take, including seeking relief in particular cases if the parties or their lawyers have made prejudicial statements to the press, or moving to stay those cases pending the resolution of this one.” The Mirror US has approached Combs’ attorneys for comment.
