According to People magazine, a source revealed that the “Sorry” singer is focusing on his family life and prioritizing his role as a husband to Hailey and father to his young son Blues. Justin’s name has been mentioned many times online in conversations about Diddy’s recent arrest, as the siblings are known to have a good relationship in their music careers.

Diddy was arrested on Monday, September 16 local time, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in New York City, following a grand jury indictment. Diddy was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The 14-page indictment later released by the government said Diddy was accused of “forming a criminal organization whose members and associates engaged in … sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”

Diddy is also accused of using his celebrity status to coerce women into attending drug-fueled parties known as “Freak Offs.” Court documents show authorities seized three AR-15 rifles and 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant during raids on his homes in Miami and Los Angeles in March.
