Ashley St. Clair Accuses Elon Musk of Withdrawing Child Support to “Punish” Her and Claims He Refused Paternity Test
Ashley St. Clair, the influencer who shares a 6-month-old son with Elon Musk, has accused the Tesla CEO of withdrawing most of the child support payments in an attempt to “punish” her. She also claims that Musk “refused” to get a paternity test to confirm whether he is the father.
In a response to Musk’s tweet denying her claims, St. Clair, 26, stated, “Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born.” She further alleged that Musk’s financial support was only ever intended for their son, but that he withdrew the majority of it to maintain control over her. “But you’re really only punishing your son,” she added.

Musk, 53, had earlier denied St. Clair’s allegations, asserting that he had given her child support and a total of $2.5 million, with an annual $500,000 payment. However, St. Clair pushed back, criticizing Musk for trying to control the situation and for using social media to spread “derogatory messages” about her and their child. “It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it,” she said.
St. Clair’s comments follow a recent interview where she explained her decision to sell her Tesla to help cover the costs of raising their child after Musk allegedly reduced his financial support. She also described Musk’s actions as “vindictive” and part of his usual behavior when women speak out.
The influencer previously filed for sole custody of their child, claiming that Musk had little involvement in the child’s life, despite being the father. She also alleged that Musk was not present for the birth and has only met their son on three occasions.
Musk’s legal team has not commented on the latest accusations, but the ongoing legal and personal drama continues to unfold publicly, with St. Clair asserting her right to speak out despite Musk’s attempts to silence her through the courts.
