Liam Payne is saying goodbye to his home in the Santa Monica Mountains.
The former One Direction member has sold his Calabasas, California, mansion for $10.2 million, PEOPLE confirms.
Payne, 27, purchased the home in 2015, and first placed it on the market in 2018 for $14 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. After lowering the price to $10.75 million in 2020, the Bedroom Floor singer has found a buyer.
The property is nestled in the hills above Malibu and features waterfalls, koi ponds, and lush gardens on the grounds not to mention a pool, gym, home theater, wine cellar and double-height library with ornate detailing.
The house, built in 1991, boasts 9,700 square feet of living area, including five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a recording studio, guesthouse and meditation house on the property.
Photos of the compound show beautiful archways and Spanish tile on the home, as well as ample outdoor space with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen area.
