The Bachelor alum Maria Georgas shut down a recent report claiming Pete Davidson went to rehab for a second time this year following a brief romance with her.
Never dated Pete. False rumor! Im friends with his sister [Casey]. Case closed, Georgas wrote on her Instagram Story Tuesday.
Just spoke to his sister hes not in rehab and has been sober for months, the reality star continued in a second slide.
Cant believe this st its very insulting to his recovery and my mental health, she added. Hes literally home.
A source claimed to the US Sun Monday that Davidson, 31, had checked into rehab in Florida fairly recently, adding that he flew in on a private jet.
The source went on to allege that the comedian is in pretty bad shape this time around and not in a good place.
According to the outlet, the alleged rehab stint was preceded by a secret relationship with Georgas, 30, who appeared on Joey Graziadeis season of The Bachelor earlier this year.
[Davidson] ended a fling with Maria just before he checked in, the source claimed, noting that the alleged fling lasted for a couple of months.
However, a source close to Davidson echoed Georgas sentiments Tuesday and insisted to Page Six that hes not in rehab.
